I’m a Registered Psychologist licensed with the College of Alberta Psychologists. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My major areas of research and training include: evolutionary psychology, relationships, sexuality, and decision-making.
I have 23 years of training and experience in clinical and counselling psychology. My personal lens and practice are influenced by behavioural neuroscience, or how our brains and nervous systems influence our behaviour, perception, and every facet of our experience.
